In Metropolitan France: delivery is made by Colissimo. The tracking number is sent to you by email. The price of Colissimo is calculated according to the weight of the order and is displayed before the end of the order. For the DOM-TOM and international: delivery is made by Colissimo Expert OM or Colissimo Expert International, delivery against signature and depending on the amount, duties and taxes of the country will be payable

3. For mid-range bells In Metropolitan

France: delivery is made by UPS (standard service). We will notify you by telephone (or by email) when the shipment is ready and we will inform you of the deadline provided by UPS (generally 24 to 48 hours depending on the department). Your telephone details are transmitted to the delivery person.

For the DOM-TOM and international: the delivery is made by international colissimo if the weight is less than 30kg and in the case of a home delivery. You will have to pay the customs clearance costs on arrival on the basis of the export invoice sent to the forwarding agent. Transport can also be done by air, delivered to the airport of the country or territory according to the terms agreed beforehand between us.

4. For chapel and church bells.

In Metropolitan France: the delivery is made by carrier, the bell and its equipment being placed on a small pallet. The price of transport is established during the estimate. For international: the bell (with its equipment) is placed in a compliant wooden crate for export. The cost of the box is mentioned in the estimate. The dispatch of the bell is carried out, according to the choice of the customer and the transport estimate established by our carrier: - either with a freight forwarder in France; - evening returned CIP at the airport of the country of destination - either delivered CIF to a port chosen by the customer, in the case of a maritime transport quotation. In these different cases, we are not competent to estimate the amount of customs clearance fees and taxes that you will have to pay on arrival on the basis of the documents that we will have sent to the forwarding agent.
